By using tapacholight.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders & production

• Minimum order: 50 units. Pricing is shown by quantity tier on the site.
• Production begins after artwork approval and payment. Standard production is approximately 3 weeks, followed by 3–5 day U.S. shipping.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving your mockup. Once approved, the order moves into production and design changes are no longer possible.

Artwork & intellectual property

You represent that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, names, or trademarks you upload. You grant us a limited license to reproduce that artwork solely to produce your order. We reserve the right to decline artwork we believe infringes on third-party rights or violates applicable law.

Payment

Payment is required to begin production. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
