Refund Policy

Every Tapacho Light order is custom-produced to your approved mockup. Because of that, we handle refunds and replacements differently than a stock-product store would.

Custom orders are non-returnable

Since each hat is decorated with your artwork, custom orders cannot be returned for a refund once production has begun.

Production defects

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match your approved mockup, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos at hello@tapachomfg.com. We will replace or refund affected units at our discretion.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before you approve the mockup for a full refund. After mockup approval, the order is in production and cannot be cancelled.
