Production time
Standard production for Tapacho Light orders is approximately 3 weeks from the date you approve your mockup and payment is received.
Shipping
- Free shipping anywhere in the continental United States.
- Transit time after production is typically 3–5 business days.
- We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
International orders
Tapacho Light currently ships within the United States only. For international or expedited needs, please reach out about Tapacho Pro.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or if tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email hello@tapachomfg.com and we'll work with the carrier on your behalf.
